AMASIS CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT
The AMASIS Customer Support Consultant is integrated in AMASIS Help
Desk Support team. He/She is acting as a link between our customers and the company.
He/She will learn our product, participating in the production of our product user manuals and documentation and being part of our testing and validation team.
As member of the first level support, he/she responds to phone call, emails and customers request for functional & technical support. He/She identifies, analyses and resolves functional & technical problems with the support of our technical development department, tracking and monitoring the problem to insure a timely response.
As soon as the candidate will have a sufficient background experience on our product and on our customers core business, he/she will be in charge of conducting training and assistance to our customers on site. He/She will establish functional specification to express the customers’ needs in term of new standard or specific options.
Senior consultant, when ready, will have the opportunity to be in charge of project management & conduct our product implementation project. Audit and consulting activities are also part of his/her tasks. He/She will provide expertise and support to sales team in participating to commercial demonstrations.
Aeronautical functional knowledge in one or more following area is mandatory : Aircraft engineering, Airworthiness, Inventory management, Finance, Maintenance Information System, Flight Ops system, International regulation (EASA, FAR)…
Self motivated, used to work independently without forgetting that he/she is a member of the customer support team in which solidarity behavior is a key success factor. He/She is able to work within tight deadlines, capable to work under customers’ pressure.
With excellent organization and communication skills, the ideal candidate will be rigorous and capable to keep an eye for detail.
High school or bachelor’s degree in aeronautical field with at least 2 years work experience is required. Background experience in airlines and/or MRO Companies is advantageous.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of French and/or Spanish is well appreciated.
The AMASIS Help Desk Support team is located in IFR France head office in Toulouse (France).
Applicants must take pleasure in frequent travelling, as the AMASIS Customer Support activities could require up to 50% of working time in our customers premises all around the world.
Compensation
The salary offered will be commensurate with experience
